The National Weather Service confirmed two weak tornadoes touched down in southeast Louisiana early Thursday. One east of Greensburg in St. Helena Parish, the other in Tangipahoa Parish. With more rain in the forecast, most of southeast and north Louisiana remains under flood watches or warnings.
