The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s office says they’ve arrested a 22-year-old man from Arkansas who is accused of trafficking at least two women and forcing them into prostitution. They say Emmanuel Bailey was busted when one of the women was arrested in a sex for money exchange at a hotel and that’s when she told them what was going on. Apparently the suspect was using the site backpage.com and detectives found the ads. Bailey was charged with human trafficking Tuesday.
