Madison Parish Sheriff’s Deputies say they’ve made an arrest yesterday in connection in the shooting death of a Tallulah man Thursday night. Rashard Neil is charged with second degree murder for the alleged killing of LaPatrick Mitchell, who was shot several times at a car wash in Tallulah. Neil’s bond was set at one million dollars.
