Two starters on LSU’s defense this past season have decided they can wait another year before they start making money in the NFL. Linebacker Kendell Beckwith and cornerback Tre’davious White have announced they will return for their senior seasons.

A police affidavit shows that a Destrehan teacher arrested for having sex with a student has admitted to detectives that she was involved in an inapproprate relationship with a 16-year-old. Authorities say 26-year-old Kimberly Naquin had several sexual encounters with the teen which led to criminal charges against the former teacher.

Warning labels on drinks that are high in sugar may keep parents from buying them for their kids. The study was recently published in the Journal of Pediatrics. LSU Health Clinical Psychologist Michelle Moore says parents should be more informed about what their children are eating and drinking…:
