Before leaving town, Mr. Obama grabbed lunch to go from Poor Boy Lloyd’s, a well-known Baton Rouge po-boy shop on Florida Street. Baton Rouge Mayor-President Kip Holden, New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu and Governor John Bel Edwards were among those in attendance.
