The US Army Corps of Engineers has decided not to open the Morganza spillway, but work continues on the Bonnet Carre Spillway. Spokesperson Ricky Boyett says 20 bays were opened on Sunday and 18 Monday. He says they will continue to monitor to see if more need to be opened…
