Detectives also learned that Gaudet had also allegedly forced three of the children to have sex with him. Gaudet has been charged with four counts of cruelty to juveniles and three counts of aggravated rape. The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office says they’ve arrested 13 people during an operation targeting prostitution. Lt. Tommy Carnline says their detectives became suspicious illegal sexual activity was taking place at local hotels when they came across internet advertisements that offered “massages”, “quality time”, and “anything you want”. Carnline says in one night, over 17-hundred dollars was paid and taken as evidence from those soliciting prostitution…
