Governor Landry says the state is investing three-point five billion dollars to improve highspeed internet, roads and health care in rural areas. With Medicare’s annual open enrollment period opening Thursday, the Louisiana Department of Insurance has some helpful tips for beneficiaries. Andrew Greenstein reports.
