The man suspected of fatally stabbing four people in Houma over the weekend is facing four-counts of first-degree murder. Lt. Blake Tabor with the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office says 47-year-old Kaegan Solet is hospitalized as he was injured during the attack. Louisiana is seeing improvements when it comes to absenteeism rates for public school students, thanks to the “Power of Presence” Campaign that kicked off last year.
