Some suspected drunk drivers in Acadiana will be ordered by a judge to provide a blood or urine sample to determine if they are drunk if they refuse a breathalyzer test. David says they’ll be out in full force to make sure no family has to face the loss of a loved one during the holiday season. He says during the “No Refusal” checkpoints, they’ll have judges on standby to approve search warrants if a driver refuses to take a chemical test.
