A Baton Rouge Judge yesterday granted a preliminary injunction that allows 42 college athletes seeking a fifth year of eligibility to play this athletic season. The LSU football team has 24 hours before their season opener at 6:30 on Saturday to submit its roster to the SEC. Concerns remain that the school could face later punishments if the SEC wins its federal lawsuit against LSU or impending appeal of the injunction. Tony Clayton is an attorney for one of the plaintiffs in the Baton Rouge case and says this is far from over.
