The owners of the dilapidated Plaza Tower in New Orleans could be sued, accused of negligence for not doing enough to prevent a 17-year-old from entering the abandoned high rise and falling to his death on August 15th. Loyola University Law Professor Dane Ciolino says the plaintiffs might not be awarded any damages, because of a new state law that says if a person is 51-percent or more responsible for their injuries, they can’t recover damages…
