The suspect accused of shooting a St. Mary Parish Deputy Sunday after a standoff is in State Police custody. Master Trooper Brooks David says they found a man at the residence suffering from a gunshot wound. The suspect then allegedly shot at officers as they attempted to secure the scene. When a SWAT team was extracting deputies from the scene, one deputy was shot. David says the suspect is injured and faces many charges…:
