Some tough injury news for the Saints as rookie receiver and first round draft pick Jordan Tyson will reportedly miss two months with a hamstring injury he suffered at practice last week. That means Tyson, who battled injuries at Arizona State, might not be back until mid-October. New Orleans will have a joint practice against the Cowboys today in Oxnard, California.
LSU running back Harlem Berry was not seen at practice during the media viewing portion, but Coach Lane Kiffin says it’s nothing significant. Kiffin says the sophomore from New Orleans is showing signs that he could have a break out season…

Nathan Young was promoted to Louisiana Tech’s offensive coordinator in February following Tony Franklin’s retirement. Young has spent the last four seasons as offensive line coach and served as co-offensive coordinator in 2024. He says that doesn’t mean this year’s offense will look the same as it his first time calling plays.
