Caddo Parish Representative Danny McCormick says he’ll file a bill next year to ban AI-powered Flock cameras that scan license plates and collect vehicle information in a searchable database. McCormick says the cameras violate the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.
