Governor Jeff Landry has posted on social media the recommendations he’s made to President Trump regarding the United States’ future relationship with Greenland. Landry is the president’s special envoy to Greenland and visited the Arctic Island earlier this year. Landry says there needs to be direct shipping routes between the U-S and Greenland. Also, the U-S should expand its diplomatic presence in Greenland.
