A Greensburg man accused of abusing and neglecting 27 dogs has been arrested after nearly a month on the run. Police say 51-year-old Charles Hollins was taken into custody Monday in Tangipahoa Parish during a routine traffic stop. Hollins’ wife had already been booked.
