The revised standards, which will also include a focus on grammar, will take effect in the 2027-28 school year.
The document that finalized the Louisiana Purchase will be on display at the old State Capitol in Baton Rouge starting today. Secretary of State Nancy Landry says is called “Bought for a Song” and if you want to see it.
The exhibit will be on display through July 11th.
