At the state capitol, the Senate approves a bill that would allow for the Louisiana Wildlife Commission to establish rules and regulations for a recreational alligator hunting season. Franklin Senator Robert Allain is the author of the legislation and says the state’s alligator population exceeds three million and it’s a safety issue…
