Power has been restored to all 130,000 North and Central Louisiana Entergy Customers who can safely receive it after the widespread damage from the recent ice storm. Entergy says many customers had to have their power restored multiple times as ongoing ice damage continued to cause outages and delay assessments. Rural and heavily wooded areas were hardest hit.
