Monroe Police have arrested a 14-year-old who is a suspect in a fatal shooting of a 17-year-old. Authorities say Rayveon Lewis was taken into custody without incident. Lewis allegedly shot two 17-year-olds on December 28th, one of victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the other died at the hospital.
