Speculation Lane Kiffin could leave Ole Miss heated up yesterday as his ex-wife and several Kiffin family members were in Baton Rouge scouting the area, a day after they toured Gainesville, Florida. Tiger Rag Editor Glenn Guilbeau says, as Kiffin weighs his options, one very influential opinion could be that of Nick Saban, who shares an agent with Kiffin.

A broadband expansion project is being celebrated this morning at the Vernon Parish Library in Leesville. ConnectLA executive director Veneeth Iyengar says not only will residents enjoy faster speeds, they’ll do so at a lower price. Previously, homes paid as much as 200 dollars a month for subpar internet connections.
