Two years after Florida approved legal reform legislation related to lawsuits involving car crashes, their auto insurance rates are going down. Mark Friedlander with Insurance Information Institute says the legal reforms approved by Louisiana lawmakers in 2025 may eventually do the same for Louisiana drivers but

LSU fell to fourth ranked Alabama, Saturday 20-9. The defense held Bama to only 3 points in the second half, but the offense couldn’t make up a 2 touchdown first half deficit. Interim head coach Frank Wilson benched quarterback Garrett Nussmeier in the third quarter after he led the Tigers to the Alabama 8 yard line but had to settle for three.
