Iberville Parish continues to mourn over the fatal shooting of a sheriff’s deputy. Another deputy, the son of Sheriff Brett Stassi, was seriously injured and remains hospitalized. Authorities say they were killed during a physical struggle with a suspect identified as Latrell Clark at the Iberville Parish Courthouse on Monday night. Clark was in custody as he was being questioned about an ongoing sex crimes investigation.

While a Saints superstar was trying to help his team to victory last month, a real fearsome foursome was helping itself to his belongings. Andre Champagne reports.

State Police and Kyren Lacy’s attorney have released evidence into last December’s fatal crash in Lafourche Parish that killed 78-year-old Herman Hall. Lacy was charged with negligent homicide for what State Police call wreckless driving. Lacy died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound before his case was set to go before a grand jury. Yesterday, State Police released policy body camera footage that showed witnesses pointing out Lacy’s Dodge Charger as the one that caused the crash. But Lacy’s attorney, Matthew Ory, says State Police has yet provide evidence that Lacy caused the fatal crash and there’s still more information that has yet to be seen…
