UL-Lafayette football responded in a huge way after ending its two-game losing streak with a 54 to 51 win over Marshall. The victory gives the Cajuns a 2-3 record heading into its first bye weekend. Many LSU fans are down on their football team following Saturday’s 24-19 loss to Ole Miss. It’s the Tigers first loss of the season and the offense does not look good. Junior Linebacker Whit Weeks has not lost faith though…

Cut 3 (10) “…us yet.”

The Saints kept it close; but once again, they just couldn’t get over the hump as they fell to the Buffalo Bills, 31-19. The loss drops the Saints to 0-and-4 on the season and left quarterback Spencer Rattler still searching for his first NFL win as a starting quarterback. After the game, Head Coach Kellen Moore said the Saints will keep improving and will get into the win column soon.

Moore announced that right guard Cesar Ruiz will be out this week after he suffered a right ankle injury in Sunday’s game against the Bills.

Former LSU and current New York Giants receiver Malik Nabers will miss the rest of the 2025 season after tearing his ACL against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. Going into Sunday’s game, Nabers had the fourth most receiving yards in the NFL.
