Louisiana Tech shutout Southeastern Louisiana 24-0 on Saturday night in Ruston. The Bulldogs led 3-0 at half, but scored three touchdowns in the third quarter to put the game away. Tech starting quarterback Trey Kukuk (Q-kuhk) threw a touchdown pass and says offensive coordinator Tony Franklin came down from the press box to call plays from the sidelines in the second half…

When the college football polls are released tomorrow, LSU could be ranked number one and Tulane could be ranked in the Top 25 after a dominating win over Northwestern 23 to 3.

The Ragin Cajuns passing game was nonexistent in a 14-to-12 loss to Rice on Saturday night. New starting quarterback Walker Howard only threw for 88 yards and he was intercepted once. Howard also left the game late with an undisclosed injury.

McNeese’s offense was clicking in a 54-9 win over Louisiana Christian. New starting Q-B Jake Strong threw for 329 yards and three touchdowns and Coach Matt Viator became the winningest coach in school history with his 79th victory at McNeese…
