St. Martinville Police make additional arrests in the death of 16-year-old Iris Davis, who was found dead in a field near her home on July 21st. Eugene Taylor, Grace Taylor, and Dorian Savoy have all been charged with delinquency of a juvenile. Three other people have also been arrested in connection with the case, but no one has been charged with murder.

Walmart has recalled frozen shrimp it sells in Louisiana and 12 other states because federal health officials are concerned about potential radioactive contamination. Rapides Parish deputes have arrested a man after he allegedly was hanging out around a bus stop in Vernon Parish, talking with students, which is a violation of his probation because he is a level two sex offender.
