Two men working as City Marshals in Marksville were arrested by State Police for their roles in the killing of a 6-year-old child on the night of November 3rd. The investigation into the death of the boy, Jeremy Mardis, and the injuring of his father, Chris Few, who were fired upon inside their vehicle, is ongoing. Social media was outraged last night over a banner hanging in Alabama which read “Finish what Katrina Atarted” — ahead of the the LSU/Crimson Tide SEC top 10 game tonight. The Alabama University student newspaper, The Crimson White, reports the banner was at an off-campus apartment complex and was quickly taken down.
