State Police say a Mississippi man is under arrest for his involvement in a fatal crash Tuesday night on I-10 near the Louisiana-Mississippi line. Authorities have determined that 25-year-old Daniel Coy attempted to pass an 18-wheeler on the shoulder of the road which caused the crash that killed Steven Clark. Coy awaits extradition from Mississippi on charges of negligent homicide, reckless operation, and hit-and-run.
