This may be FEMA’s last hurricane season as President Trump talks of doing away with the agency. The FEMA Review Council met in New Orleans yesterday. Governor Jeff Landry says the panel was set up by President Trump to create an agency that prioritizes efficiency over bureaucracy when a natural disaster strikes.
