AT least 80 people are dead including 27 campers and counselors from Camp Mystic because of flash flooding in Central Texas. But Governor Jeff Landry is hailing Emma Foltz of Alexandria, a hero after she played an instrumental role in helping to evacuate 14 of her campers at Camp Mystic to safety.
