A big party is taking place in Shreveport today as that city is celebrating the LSU-Shreveport baseball team that just completed a perfect 59-and-0 season by winning the NAIA World Series. The Pilots are the first college baseball team on any level to have an undefeated season and they have the longest winning streak in college baseball history at 59 straight. State Police arrest a  racehorse jockey on allegations of cheating. Authorities say after a post-race check at Delta Downs in Vinton, 41-year-old Ricardo Hernandez-Perez tried to discard a battery-operated shocking device from his clothing. It’s against state law to possess or use a device that could stimulate or excite a racehorse before or during a race.
