More information is coming out about the disturbing incident in which cops say a Baton Rouge couple was kidnapped and strangled allegedly at the hands of a man who worked for them and robbed their safe. Authorities arrested 42-year-old Ernesto Alonso in the deaths of 71-year-old Denis “Bubby” Duplantier and 70-year-old Suzy Duplantier. Investigators believe the suspect bound the victims at their home and beat them until they let him into their safe. They were then killed and bodies dumped in Hammond.
