Tomorrow is Election Day, and both major political parties are pulling out all the stops in getting the vote out. Andrew Greenstein reports.

The National Hurricane Center says potential tropical storm cyclone 18 in the Caribbean will enter the southwestern Gulf of Mexico as a hurricane later this week and head towards the Louisiana coast. Southeast Louisiana is in the cone of uncertainty. The storm is expected to weaken to a tropical storm as it moves towards the Northern Gulf Coast.

High school marching bands from around the state will compete in Lake Charles over the next three days in the inaugural Louisiana State Marching Band Championship. Louisiana Music Educators Association President Lee Hicks says the marching bands will be judged on how they perform at this event…
