The body of a woman found in Lake Pontchartrain 38 years ago has finally been identified, thanks to new technology. St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Lieutenant Suzanne (soo-ZAWN) Carboni says genealogy and DNA testing finally i-d’d the body as that of Pamela Lee Hupp Now, the task is finding the Florida woman’s killer.
