When the lights go out, homeowners with a whole home generator count on that generator to continue supplying electricity to their home. But as the popularity of whole home generators grows, the concern rises over the supply of natural gas to fuel the generators. Public Service Commissioner Mike Francis says improving the natural gas infrastructure is going to take money – money that gas customers will need to help out with.
