A three-year-old boy from Hammond is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the face. That’s according to the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office who says the three-year-old got a hold of the gun and accidentally shot himself in the face. A parent immediately attempted life-saving measures, but the child passed away.
