There are wide-ranging reports on the health of Saints quarterback Drew Brees’ shoulder. The NFL Network said Brees could miss several games, while ESPN’s Ed Werder said that treatment on his injured shoulder will determine if he can play this Sunday. Brees took a big hit in the loss to Tampa Bay. Coach Sean Payton said today its too early to discuss Brees’ playing status.

Today in Baton Rouge, democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton told a large crowd of supporters that she isn’t going to yield on the issue of federal health care. She criticized Governor Bobby Jindal’s refusal to expand Medicaid in Louisiana. An Abbeville man is facing a charge of video voyeurism after he allegedly took photos of a woman undressing in the fitting room of a department store in LaFourche Parish. 52-year-old Aaron Merritt was eventually released on a five-thousand bond.
