Former LSU wide receiver Kayshon Boutte no longer faces illegal gambling charges after an investigation determined his underage gambling did not harm anyone else and he agreed to a self ban. State Police say when he was under 21, Boutte used a fictious name to place spots bets through a mobile app, but did not bet against LSU.
