The Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office says a 23-year-old man has confessed to killing his grandparents. Colby Stokes allegedly shot and killed Beverly and Carly stokes in the small town of Mount Hermon. Deputies say Stokes went to the next door neighbor and told him what happened. Sheriff Jason Smith says Stokes also confessed to the shooting on video.
