Visitors to Disney World can now get a taste of new Orleans while they’re there with the theme park’s newest ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The ride, which replaces Splash Mountain, is based on the 2009 film “The Princess and the Frog.” It takes place after the movie and follows Princess Tiana as she gathers musicians for a Mardi Gras party. Mark Romig with New Orleans and Company, thinks the ride, like the movie, highlights the best of Louisiana.
