50-year-old Sean Morris of Gonzales has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in the death of his wife, 44-year-old-Brenda Morris who was found deceased last night after several calls to 9-1-1 reported shots fired around 7:30. A Caddo Parish Jury convicted 45-year-old Charlene Henderson guilty of Second Degree murder in the 2022 death of her husband, Larry Clark Wednesday. Henderson took the stand in her own defense saying she feared for her life when she shot Clark, covered his body with carpet and doused it with gasoline before sending a photo of the scene to a family member. The Jury deliberated for 2 hours before coming back with a guilty verdict.
