Authorities say an officer involved shooting in Alexandria has left one man dead. They say 27-year-old Bobby Anderson of Alexandria was shot and killed by a US Marshals Violent Offender Task Force member while they were attempting to serve arrest warrants. It’s reported that Anderson was armed and threatening officers which resulted in a Task Force member firing his weapon. Anderson was wanted for two counts of attempted second degree murder and several other felony charges.
