Governor Bobby Jindal and fellow GOP Presidential hopeful Donald Trump continued their back and forth on Twitter today. The sparing began on the heels of Jindal calling Trump’s campaign a carnival act run by an egomaniac narcissist. Trump fired back saying he doesn’t respond to people who poll 1%, but he’s been responding. Today Trump tweeted calling Jindal a lightweight who is unoriginal for making fun of his hair.
Former Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover has qualified to run for his old District 4 seat in the Louisiana House of Representatives. Glover, a Democrat, held the same spot in the House from 1996 to 2006 before he was elected Mayor of Shreveport. Political analyst Elliott Stonecipher says Glover is very popular in that district…:

He says it’ll be interesting to see if the other candidates in this race really decides to take Glover on.
It’s been an extremely gloomy and rainy Friday across most of the state, but it’s expected to be a gorgeous weekend. Jonathan Brazzell with the National Weather Service says Saturday’s afternoon highs will be in the mid-80s and we’ll get into the low 80s come Sunday.
