As Louisiana’s congressional map is still up in the air, after more than two years trying to draw the map the State Attorney General and civil rights groups have filed for an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court. NAACP Legal Defense Fund attorney Jared Evans says a Monday deadline has been set for other parties to file.
