Today is the spring game for the LSU Tigers. It was a disastrous season on defense for the Tigers last season, but Coach Brian Kelly likes what he has seen this spring from the defensive backs…

Kelly has spoken highly of Sage Ryan, Major Burns and Jardin Gilbert this spring.

CJ McCollum had another hot shooting night last night and the Pelicans defeated Golden State 114 to 109. McCollum hit eight three-pointers and finished with 28 points. The win completed a 4-and-0 road trip and New Orleans will host the Lakers on Sunday in the regular season finale. The Pels need a win or a Suns loss to the Timberwolves to secure the sixth seed in the Western Conference playoffs. Tip time Sunday is at 2:30.
