A great season for McNeese came to an end last night in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament as they did not matchup well with Gonzaga and the Bulldogs clobbered the Cowboys 86-65. The Pokes shot just 33-percent from the field.
Grambling is still dancing, but they face top seeded Purdue tonight in Indianapolis.

The LSU Lady Tigers look to start another postseason run today as they host Rice in the first round of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. Coach Kim Mulkey has won six NCAA championships, one as a player, one as an assistant coach and four as a head coach. NBA…the Pelicans lost to Orlando 121 to 106 and Brandon Ingram went down with a knee injury. New Orleans is at Miami tonight.
