Big Trucks crossing the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge will soon have their speed limit increased to 60 miles per hour, making the limit the same for all vehicles. Today’s statewide average for a gallon of regular gasoline is $3.07. which is a 16 cents per gallon jump since last month and Triple-A Fuel analyst Don Redman expects gas prices to continue to rise.
