Shreveport Senator Thomas Pressly has filed the Abortion by Fraud Criminalization Act. Pressly says it’s in response to his sister who was poisoned by her husband with abortion-inducing medication. Mason Herring was sentenced to 180-days in a Texas jail and Pressly wants to make sure Louisiana’s law has stronger penalties…
