Governor Landry is expected to sign the bill allowing non-felon adults to carry a concealed firearm without a permit which means training required to receive those permits will no longer be required. Owner of Concealed Carry NOLA, Dave Newman says that training is important to keep yourself and others safe and he says it needs to happen under pressure.
